Type: ROADMAP
Attribution: DTM (Dynamic Threat Mitigation) designed by Dr. Todd M. Price. CART (Continuous Automated Red-Teaming) and PQE (Post-Quantum Engineering) built into the SaaS platform by Price-Oquindo.
Objectives
- Inventory crypto usage and risks; enable policy-driven crypto selection.
- Adopt hybrid PQC for key exchange/signatures where supported.
- Maintain interoperability and performance within SLOs; capture evidence.
0–90 Days
- Discovery pipeline (SBOMs, CA logs, traffic sampling).
- Policy definitions: approved algorithms, key lifetimes, hybrid modes.
- Pilot hybrid in gateways/mesh for top flows; performance baselines.
91–180 Days
- Expand hybrid enablement; vendor readiness checks; fallbacks verified.
- CART-informed prioritization; exception management with sunsets.
- Partner compatibility testing; publish matrices + SLOs.
181–365 Days
- Scale rollout via CI/CD; enforce deprecations for classical-only paths.
- Supplier PQC readiness in contracts; external attestations.
- Ongoing monitoring; periodic policy refresh.
KPIs
- % traffic under hybrid/PQC control
- Interop pass rate
- Latency delta
- CPU overhead
- Exception age
